Indoor Environmental Services Recipient of Business Journal's Employees' Choice Award
Sacramento, CA. – The Sacramento Business Journal names Indoor Environmental Services (IES) as a recipient of the A+ Employers, Employees' Choice Award.

Quantum Market Research was contracted by the Business Journal to conduct surveys of firms that had been nominated by employees. QMR asked employees of those companies to complete a 38-page online survey that uses a scale from 1 (strongly disagree) to 6 (strongly agree) to answer each question. Survey questions covered categories such as work environment, work-life balance, job satisfaction, advancement opportunities, management, compensation and benefits. Substantial employee participation was need for employer consideration. Once the scores were calculated – the “TOP 10” in each company category were named finalists.
