Josh Mauer

Josh Mauer has 30 years of experience in the HVAC mechanical industry. He brings a deep foundation of hands-on installation knowledge and leadership across a wide range of specialized environments including hospitals, schools, laboratories, clean rooms, commercial kitchens, multi-story buildings, and tenant improvement projects. His background also includes shop fabrication, 3D computer detailing, BIM modeling, and project coordination at every scale.

Throughout his career, Mr. Mauer has held key leadership positions within the HVAC industry, and he currently oversees all operations for IES’s Bay Area offices. His responsibilities include managing field installation teams, ensuring quality execution across all projects, and keeping our personnel trained on the latest installation methods and equipment technologies.

He oversees all of the Company’s Project Managers to ensure every job meets customer expectations, maintains schedule integrity, and reflects our commitment to craftsmanship and accountability. Upholding the IES philosophy, he prioritizes proactive communication and long-term client relationships built on trust, performance, and satisfaction.
